Earning Potential: $70,000–$95,000 annually
Typical Production: Approximately 35 billed hours/week

You'll earn hourly pay instead of flat rate, work Monday–Friday with no weekends, and receive 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
We're looking for an experienced A-Level Technician—or strong B-Level Technician—ready to step into a lead/top-tech role while staying hands-on with diagnostics and repairs.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
- Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Perform advanced repairs, including engine and transmission swaps as needed
- Help less-experienced technicians with difficult diagnostics
- Provide occasional Service Advisor backup when needed
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
- A-Level experience preferred; strong B-Level Technicians considered
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to independently solve difficult vehicle concerns
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required
- Lead-tech or mentoring experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
